Preheat the oven to moderate temperature (180°C)
Line a baking dish with aluminum foil
Place the chicken breasts in the baking dish, bone side down
Cover with aluminum foil without tightening, bake for 30-40 minutes or until the meat is tender and cooked
Meanwhile, mix the breadcrumbs, oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl
Remove the chicken from the oven but do not remove it yet
Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the chicken breasts and return to the oven for an additional 15 minutes or until the topping is golden brown
Garnish with fresh oregano and lime slices
Serve 4 portions.
