1 1/2 kg chicken, cut into pieces

Dredge the chicken pieces in hot oil
Place them on a lightly greased baking sheet
Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over the chicken, in the baking sheet
Bake in a moderate oven for about 45 minutes
Brush frequently with the sauce
Serve in four to six portions.
