2 soup spoons of butter or margarine

1 well-chopped garlic tooth
1/2 cup ketchup
2 soup spoons of lemon juice
4 soup spoons of water
2 soup spoons of English Worcestershire sauce
1 table spoon of unsalted black pepper
1/2 tablet of chicken broth
8 pieces of chicken (650g)

Preheat a refrigerator, melt the butter or margarine in a microwave for 30 seconds at high power
Add the onion and garlic, put it in the microwave for 2 minutes at high power or until the onion is soft
Add the remaining ingredients except the chicken, cover with plastic wrap and put it in the microwave for 3 minutes at high power, until it's hot and bubbly
Place the chicken pieces in a flat refrigerator dish
Pour the sauce on top
Cover again with plastic wrap and bake at high temperature for 25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked
Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
