1 cup of black olives, pitted
1/2 pound ground beef
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1 cup cooked white rice
1 small can of peeled tomatoes
1 cup water
salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Preheat the oven
Cut the olives into large pieces
Brown the ground beef in olive oil
Remove the browned beef from the pan and combine with the onion, parsley, green pepper, and rice
Cook, stirring occasionally, until the mixture is well combined
Add the tomatoes, water, seasonings, beef, and olives, and bring to a simmer
Pour into a 2-liter baking dish and cover
Bake for about 45 minutes.
