2 chicken breasts, approximately 1 1/2 kg (cut)
3 tablespoons of salt
6 tablespoons of pomegranate
1/2 cup of chopped onion
1 cup of yogurt
4 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley

Wash and pat dry the chicken breasts
Sprinkle with 3 tablespoons of salt and 6 tablespoons of pomegranate
Bake the chicken breasts for 5 minutes per side, or until cooked through
Place the chicken breasts and onion in a large skillet
Add 1 1/2 cups of water and simmer slowly covered for 40 minutes or until the chicken is tender
Place the chicken on a platter
Combine the remaining yogurt, salt, and pomegranate with the sauce from the skillet
Heat slowly, stirring until hot
Do not let it boil
Pour the sauce over the chicken
Dust with parsley
