1 can of low-fat pesto sauce (dietetic)
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of English mustard

Arrange the chicken pieces in a single layer, on a flat baking sheet
Drain the liquid from the can of pesto and reserve
Combine the lemon juice and English mustard with the reserved pesto sauce
Brush the chicken pieces with half of the pesto mixture
Bake in a hot oven, brushing every 15 minutes with the remaining pesto sauce and the sauce that forms on the baking sheet, until the chicken is tender and golden brown
Place the pesto sauce around the chicken and put it in the oven to warm it up
Serve after 4 portions.
