Spread the broccoli in a 27x7x3.5 cm refrigerator-proof form, approximately
Sprinkle with half of the cheese
Cover with chicken
Season with salt and pepper
Cover with rice
Prepare a white sauce by melting the butter or margarine
Add the flour and mix well
Add the milk and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened
Remove from heat
Add the lemon juice and sour cream
Pour over chicken
Sprinkle with remaining cheese
Bake in a hot oven.
