1 Rinse the chicken pieces and remove the skin
In a pan, heat the butter and olive oil
2 Place the chicken, some salt, and when it starts to brown, add hot water gradually until a broth forms
3 Add the diced onion, rosemary, and tomato
Season with salt to taste and paprika as desired
4 Add the okra cut in half and let it cook for approximately 15 minutes or until tender
Turn off the heat and add fresh parsley
Serve.
