Wash the chicken pieces and remove the skin
In a pan, melt the butter and oil
Add the chicken, some salt, and when it starts to brown, add boiling water to form a broth
Add the chopped onions, rosemary, and tomato
Season with salt and add the pepper sauce
Add the okra cut in half and let it cook for about 15 minutes or until tender
Turn off the heat and add the parsley
Serve.
