Let the chicken breasts marinate in the white wine for 3-4 hours
Preheat the oven
Remove the chicken pieces from the marinade
Add the parsley, green onion, and melted butter or margarine to the marinade
Season the chicken with salt and pepper; place it in a baking dish with the skin side down
Pour the marinade over the chicken
Bake uncovered for 25 minutes, flip the chicken pieces, and bake for an additional 20 minutes, or until the chicken is tender and golden brown
