2/3 cup of white wine
4 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley
1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese (100 g)

Wash the mushrooms and trim the ends
Chop together with chicken breast
Fry for 1 minute in hot butter
Season with salt and black pepper
Add wine and cook for about 10 minutes
Remove from heat
Add parsley and mix with hot pasta
Serve Parmesan cheese separately
Serve 6 portions.
