Season the chicken thighs with lime juice, garlic, salt, and black pepper
Leave to marinate for 20 minutes

Mix together mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, cornstarch, and parsley
Dip the chicken thighs in this mixture and place them on a non-stick baking sheet
Bake at medium temperature for about 25 minutes
Flip the chicken over to brown evenly and bake for another 25 minutes
