2 chicken breasts without skin and bone, cut in half

1 clove of garlic, minced
1/4 cup (tablespoon) of butter
3 tablespoons of chopped parsley
2 cups of breadcrumbs, passed through a blender

Preheat the oven to high temperature
Season the chicken with salt and pepper
Fry the garlic in butter, low heat, until golden brown
Add the parsley and breadcrumb mixture
Mix well until it's loose. Reserve
Cover the chicken pieces with the breadcrumb mixture and bake in the oven at high temperature for 15 minutes or until golden brown
If desired, serve with sautéed vegetables.
