Preheat the oven to high temperature
Season the chicken breast with salt and black pepper
Fry the minced garlic in butter over low heat until golden brown
Add the chopped parsley and breadcrumbs mixture, stirring well until it forms a cohesive mass. Reserve
Cover the chicken with the breadcrumb mixture and bake in the oven at high temperature for 15 minutes or until it starts to brown
If desired, serve with sautéed vegetables.
