Mix the chicken and potato
Season with salt and pepper, then place in a refractory dish
Melt the butter or margarine
Add the flour and mix well
Gradually add the milk, cooking slowly for 5 minutes
Pour the sauce over the chicken and potato, mixing well

Sprinkle with croissant crumbs and return to the oven for a few more minutes
