1.5 kg of fish to roast (tinha or anchovy)
8 ripe bananas

Season the fish with salt and pepper and set aside
Sauté the onion in half of the butter
Add the flour, salt, and pepper, and mix well
Mix for three minutes
Add three bananas sliced thickly and parsley, and mix until the farofa starts to brown
Remove from heat and add the remaining bananas
Mix well and place a little of the farofa and the remaining butter inside the fish and close it
Brush with olive oil and bake in a medium oven
Serve immediately, accompanied by the remaining farofa.
