1/2 cup (cha) mayonnaise
1/2 cup (cha) grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Marinate the chicken thighs with lime juice, garlic, salt, and black pepper for 20 minutes
Mix together mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, cornstarch, and chopped parsley
Coat the chicken thighs in this mixture and place them on a non-stick baking sheet
Preheat the oven to medium temperature and bake for about 25 minutes
Flip the chicken thighs over to evenly brown and bake for an additional 25 minutes.
