1 large onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons of tomato paste
1/2 cup of melted butter
2 teaspoons of paprika (to taste)
salt and pepper to taste
1 to 2 tablespoons of parsley

Dredge the chicken pieces in fat
Mix the remaining ingredients for the sauce
Place the chicken pieces in a greased baking dish; pour the sauce over them
Bake in a moderate oven for 45 minutes
Brush frequently with the sauce.
