Season the breasts with salt, ginger, and soy sauce (shoyu), letting them marinate for approximately 15 minutes
Drain off the liquid formed and sprinkle the breasts with sesame seeds on only one side
Brush a non-stick skillet with olive oil and grill the breasts, first the side with sesame seeds for 3 minutes and then the other side
Serve immediately.
