8 chicken breasts
2 lemons cut into quarters
1 tablespoon of thyme
1 tablespoon of rosemary
¼ cup of chopped fresh parsley
8 sprigs of rosemary
Olive oil to taste
Salt and black pepper to taste

Preheat the grill
Mix salt, pepper, and herbs in a bowl and add enough olive oil to make a paste
Lift the skin of the chicken and place a sprig of rosemary between the meat and the skin, then brush with some of the herb mixture
Return the skin to its original position and season with salt and pepper
To grill, leave the skin side down for 10 minutes
Then, flip the chicken over so the skin is facing up, until it's crispy
Remove the rosemary sprigs and serve with lemon.
