Marinate the chicken in soy sauce
In a non-stick pan, stir-fry the mixed vegetables over high heat and add the chicken
Next, in a large pan, combine the cooked spaghetti, mixed vegetables with chicken, stirring constantly
Add the sesame oil and parsley
