Preheat the grill

Season the shrimp with salt, pepper, and olive oil

Grill for about 2 minutes per side, without opening the grill lid

While the shrimp is grilling, blend a bunch of parsley with 1 cup of water
Strain the mixture and season with salt

Add 1 tablespoon of soy lecithin - available at pharmacies - and blend with the mixer
Collect the foam and brush it over the shrimp.
