1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/4 cups cold water
1 pinch of salt
8 medium-sized shrimp, cleaned
1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
1/2 green bell pepper, sliced
1 cup of cauliflower florets
1 cup of broccoli florets
Oil for frying
Riced celery root (optional)
Soy sauce (optional)

In a bowl, whisk together the flour, water, and salt
Refrigerate for 20 minutes
Heat oil in a frying pan
Coat each shrimp and vegetable separately or together with the batter
Fry until lightly golden
Drain on paper towels
Serve immediately with riced celery root and soy sauce (if using).
