1 small cup of natural yogurt

Season the chicken pieces with salt and black pepper to taste
Arrange them in a baking dish in a single layer
Spread the tomato sauce over the meat
Cover with aluminum foil
Place in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 40 minutes
Remove the aluminum foil and bake for an additional 20 minutes
Pour the yogurt over the chicken
Mix well and place back in the oven to warm through
Serve hot
If desired, you can substitute 1 cup of cream for the yogurt
