In a large pot, heat the olive oil and fry the chicken pieces cut from raw and without seasoning
Add the mashed garlic, chopped onion, and a bit of salt
Then add the previously boiling water and let the chicken cook for about 25 minutes
If preferred, cover the pot
Add the washed rice afterwards
When the rice is almost cooked, mix in the green corn and parsley and let it cook for another 10 minutes.
