Mix the lime juice, onion, garlic, passionfruit juice, herbs, olive oil, ginger slices, coriander powder, salt, and black pepper
Place the chicken pieces, coat them well with the marinade, and let it rest for 2 hours
Transfer everything to a baking dish, cover with aluminum foil, and bake in a medium oven for about 90 minutes
Flip the chicken pieces halfway through cooking
Remove the chicken from the heat and reserve it warm
Leave the baking dish at the fire's edge until the juices start to thicken
Add the passionfruit pulp, stir, and dust with flour
Let it thicken and serve with the chicken.
