One half cup of wheat flour
Three spoons of salt
Half a spoon of thyme
Cut chicken pieces
One half cup of butter or margarine
Two green peppers, chopped
Two onions, chopped
Two cloves of garlic, minced
One tablespoon of curry powder
Half a can of tomato purée
One third of a cup of raisins
One half cup of wheat flour
Three spoons of salt
Half a spoon of thyme
Cut chicken pieces
One half cup of butter or margarine
Two green peppers, chopped
Two onions, chopped
Two cloves of garlic, minced
One tablespoon of curry powder
Half a can of tomato purée
One third of a cup of raisins
Mix the flour, salt, and thyme and coat the chicken pieces with this mixture
Melt the butter or margarine in a pan over low heat and brown the chicken pieces
Remove the chicken pieces and add the peppers, onions, garlic, and curry powder to the pan and fry until the vegetables are soft but not golden
Add the chicken pieces back to the pan, along with the tomato purée
Bring to a simmer
Cover the pan and cook for 15 minutes more
If necessary, add a little water
Remove the cover and add the raisins
Cook for an additional 15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through
Serve in four portions.
