Mash the potatoes; gradually add the milk
Add the next 4 ingredients and beat well
Grease a cake pan or round silicone mold with approximately 22 cm in diameter with 2/3 of this mixture
Set aside the remaining mixture
Brown the crab meat in olive oil until it is tender and pink, about 5 minutes
Drain
Arrange on top of the potatoes
Cover with chopped palm fruit, olives, hard-boiled eggs
Cover with the remaining potato mixture, smoothing with a knife
Bake in a hot oven for 20 minutes or until the top part is lightly browned
Serve warm
