1 chicken thigh
1 cup soy sauce
2 cups okra
2 tablespoons olive oil for sautéing
1 chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup red wine
1/4 cup your preferred herbs (such as thyme, oregano, and chives)
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
Black pepper to taste

Heat the olive oil and sauté the onion and garlic
Add the okra and cook until tender
Remove from the pan and set aside
In the same pan, brown the chicken
Add the soy sauce, wine, herbs, and black pepper
Cook until the chicken is cooked through
If necessary, add hot water
Use a fork to shred the chicken into large pieces
Dust with flour and return to the pan
Add the okra and cook for two minutes
Serve hot.
