In a frying pan with oil, sauté the garlic and onion until golden brown
Add the ground beef, mix well, and season
Cook until it's loose and tender, stirring occasionally with a fork
Remove from heat, add parsley, vinegar, cinnamon, and cornmeal
Season and mix
Place in a refrigerator greased with oil
Precalve the oven to 400°F (hot)
Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form
Add the yolks and beat a little more
Add the yeast, flour, and a pinch of salt, sifted and mixed delicately
Spread over the beef and bake in the oven until golden brown
Bake for 8 portions.
