600 g of garlic-potato
1/4 liter of salty water
150 g of cherry tomatoes, cut into slices
500 g of cooked pork or ham, cut into cubes
1 tablespoon of butter or margarine
2 tablespoons of cream
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
200 g of cheddar or mozzarella cheese, sliced
For the white sauce:
2 tablespoons of butter or margarine
2 tablespoons of wheat flour
1 pinch of salt
1 cup of milk

For the white sauce:

Wash and peel the garlic potatoes, remove the green part, and cut them into thick slices
Boil them in salty water for about 10 minutes
Drain the boiled potatoes and set aside the cooking liquid
Make the white sauce: melt the butter or margarine over low heat
Add flour, salt, and pepper if desired; mix well
Add milk all at once, stirring constantly
Cook until the mixture thickens and bubbles
Mix the white sauce with 1/2 cup of reserved liquid
Season with cream and lemon juice
Arrange tomato slices and cooked pork or ham cubes on top of garlic potatoes and cover with the white sauce
Top with cheese
Put in a preheated oven (220°C) and bake for 25 minutes
Serve 4 portions.
