Trim the artichoke stems and remove the leaves
Cut them into thin strips
In a non-stick skillet with 30 cm diameter, melt the butter until it's fully melted
Add the artichoke strips and cook for 15 minutes
Add 1/3 cup of water and let it evaporate at high heat
Mix the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese
Pour over the artichokes and let it fry until the bottom is golden brown
Slide the fritter onto a plate, leaving the skillet behind
Flip the plate over the skillet and let it fry until the other side is also golden brown
