Clean the spinach and cut it into strips
Beat the eggs well and combine with the spinach
Season with salt and black pepper and mix
Grease the non-stick frying pan with oil and cook over high heat
Reduce the heat, pour in the frittata and let it brown on the bottom
Slide it onto a plate and place it back into the frying pan to brown the other side
