6 ripe or green bananas, firm, peeled
1 1/2 tablespoons of salt

Filling:
2 cups of cooked and crumbled prosciutto or 1 can of prosciutto spread
1/4 cup of milk
Topping:
3/4 cup of all-purpose flour
2 beaten eggs
Vegetable oil for frying
8 lime wedges

In a skillet, bring two inches of water to a boil
Reduce the heat and let it simmer
Add the bananas, salt, and pepper
Cover and cook until the banana is tender
Drain the bananas well
Return them to the skillet and warm them through, until they're dry
Mash the bananas well and let them cool
It should yield two cups
Mix the prosciutto with milk
Divide the mixture into eight portions
Serve on a leaf.
