Sift together the flour, yeast, and sugar
Add the well-beaten egg and milk, mixing well
If the dough is too wet, add a little more flour; if it's too dry, add a little more milk
Dip each piece of cheese in the dough and fry in plenty of hot oil
Make 25 to 30 fritters
Noteworthy: If desired, add a pinch of salt to the dough instead of sugar and use unsalted fresh cheese with salt
Serve with grated cheese and parsley as an appetizer.
