Preparation
Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the snapper
When the fish is golden brown, add the seafood
Flip the fish and seafood occasionally to brown both sides
Leave for 8 minutes
Add oil, chopped onion and parsley, and serve
Tip
To accompany, serve rice with shrimp or arborio rice with fish sauce
Prepare using fish stock.
