4 cooked or canned artichoke bottoms
5 finely chopped anchovy fillets
1 finely chopped garlic clove
4 finely chopped scallions
1 tablespoon of chopped green onion
4 tablespoons of cake flour
4 tablespoons of olive oil

Mix all ingredients except the artichoke bottoms
Distribute the anchovy mixture among the artichoke bottoms
Assemble in a greased baking dish and bake in a hot oven (250°F) for 5 minutes
Gently remove with a spatula and serve.
