1 Clean the beef and cut it into thin strips. Reserve

Cook the spinach in a covered pan until wilted, then drain well and chop finely
2 Heat half of the olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion until translucent
Add the beef and cook until lightly browned

3 Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente, then drain well
4 Drain the pasta, drizzle with the remaining olive oil, and gently fold in the beef and spinach mixture
