Assemble the chicken by seasoning with lemon juice and half of the thyme
Mix in the breadcrumbs and stuff the chicken
Tie the legs and wings with kitchen twine, then brush with mayonnaise
Place the chicken in a refrigerator, cover with aluminum foil, and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes
Remove the foil, increase oven temperature, and let it golden brown
Cook the potatoes in water until they are tender
In a skillet, melt the butter and sauté the potatoes
Toss with thyme and turn off heat
Arrange the chicken and potatoes in a baking dish.
