1 1/2 tablespoon pepper sauce
1 1/2 tablespoon curry

Using a cookie cutter with a 4cm diameter, cut each bread slice into two rounds
Bake until golden brown
Blend the remaining ingredients in a processor to obtain a paste
Place the ham paste in a piping bag with a peach tip and cover each bread round with it.
