Place the chicken pieces in a marinade made with lime juice for 5 minutes, then drain
Season with salt, garlic, and onion
Put the chicken pieces in a pressure cooker with olive oil and cook at high heat for 15 minutes
Cover the hen with water and seal the pressure cooker
When boiling (around 20 minutes), remove from heat and let the pressure release
Add horseradish and simmer for another 5 minutes
Place the chicken in a baking dish, cover, and reserve
Also save the cooking broth
In another pot, put the cassava flour and add enough water to moisten well
Combine three cups of reserved broth and bring to a boil, stirring until thickened and detaching from the bottom of the pot
Place in another bowl and serve.
