1 Clean the fish and make small incisions on its back
Place in a baking dish
Extract the juice of two lemons and season the fish with that juice and salt
Preheat the oven to medium temperature
2 Remove the peel from the other two lemons and cut them into slices
Place the slices, garlic, onion, bell pepper, and paprika on the incisions
Put in the oven and bake for 25 minutes or until the fish is tender
Before serving, drizzle with olive oil and white wine
If desired, garnish with red bell pepper strips
serve immediately
