Cut the Golden Snapper or Namorado into small pieces
Boil it in water and salt
Remove from the water and drain well
Fry the garlic and aliche in oil until they separate
In a separate pot, boil the wine vinegar with the green peppers cut into four
Do not let the peppers soften
Drain the peppers and chop them finely
Place the pieces onto a shallow dish
