Soak the bread in water and mash with a fork
Cut the cucumber, bell pepper (removing seeds), and tomatoes into large chunks
Peel the onion and garlic
Combine the bread, olive oil, vinegar, and all vegetables in a blender
Season to taste with salt and pepper, and serve chilled garnished with cucumber slices.
