2 cloves of garlic
5 tomatoes, peeled and seeded, cut into cubes
50g of cucumber, peeled and seeded
1 yellow bell pepper, cut into cubes
1 green bell pepper, cut into cubes
1 red bell pepper, cut into cubes
Tabasco sauce to taste
1 cup (coffee) of extra virgin olive oil
2 slices of bread, crust removed, cut into cubes

Step 1: Blend the garlic, tomato, cucumber, bell peppers, and Tabasco in a blender until smooth
Step 2: Chill for at least 2 hours
Serve cold
Heat the olive oil in a skillet
Fry the bread cubes until golden brown
Serve the gazpacho hot, topped with fried bread and garnished with salad onions or chives.
