1 cup of cold water
3/4 cup of bread crumbs
1/2 cup of vinegar
1/3 cup of olive oil
1/2 teaspoon of ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano
6 ripe tomatoes, peeled
2 cloves of garlic
1 large onion
1 small cucumber, peeled
1 small green pepper
Salt and ice to taste

Mash the garlic with salt until you get a paste
Add the cumin and oregano
Combine the bread crumbs and gradually add the olive oil, beating well with a fork
Don't stop beating! Gradually add the vinegar and then the water
Add the chopped vegetables and mix
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour
When serving, place some ice cubes in each bowl
