4 red mangoes, cut into thin slices or cubes

Mix all the ingredients together very well
Add a hint of black pepper and lemon juice
Refrigerate for at least an hour
Chop the cabbage into small pieces and place it in a bowl
Refrigerate until serving
Just before serving, mix all the ingredients together
Serve chilled
