8 peeled tomatoes and seeds removed
1 small green pepper
1/2 small onion
5 garlic cloves
100g of almonds
Olive oil to taste
Red wine vinegar to taste
Salt and black pepper to taste

Blend everything together
Transform into a paste
Leave about a finger's width of broth in the liquid for around 3 hours
Add salt and pepper, then blend again
Prepare a chicken broth with 1 cup of cold water
When well chilled, break down the paste with that broth until it resembles fruit puree
Refrigerate to chill
Just before serving, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley
Serve with ice cubes
In parallel, cut a slice of bread into small squares
Fry in oil
Dip into the soup like croutons
You can also serve with toasted bacon or chopped olives
