1 tablespoon of unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup of rum
4 eggs
2/3 cup of sugar
1 cup of cooked avocado
1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of grated ginger
1/4 teaspoon of ground cloves
1 cup of heavy cream, whipped or 1 can of whipped cream without the serum

Sprinkle gelatin over rum to soften
Heat gently to dissolve gelatin
Beat eggs well, add sugar gradually, beating always until mixture becomes thick and smooth
Add mixed avocado with cinnamon, cloves, and ginger
Add dissolved gelatin and mix well
Add heavy cream and mix again, carefully
Place in a beautiful bowl that can be taken to the table
Refrigerate for several hours or until firm
Serve 6 portions.
