1 family-sized bar of dark chocolate (Claudia used Sonken 240g)

200g granulated sugar
100g unsalted butter
200g raisins

Melt the chocolate with the butter in a bain-marie
Beat the egg whites until foamy and then combine them with the melted chocolate, finally adding the beaten egg yolks
Mix well and refrigerate
Cut the raisins into pieces and place them in a saucepan with water and sugar
Let it cook until they're tender
Strain through a fine-mesh sieve
Spread the raisins over the chocolate mousse and refrigerate again
Just before serving, top with whipped cream.
